Hello, World!

My first blog post for my ICT Thesis. Hello, World!

It has been a difficult journey from the start on development of my proposal of a NCD analysis dashboard and one that can predict the likelihood that a citizen will get one of the NCDs. Pretty interesting stuff. I promised the neighborhood vet that I will share my findings. 

Obtaining the interview and information from specific people in the Ministry of Health on digital resources of NCDs has been a pain that can only be solved by patience and perseverance. Its alot of back and forth, with everyone seeming to dodge the request in the Ministry and I have to acknowledge the support of my mother (Sharon Jobity), supervisor (Ms. Wharwood) and friend (Kerri Griffith, who is also doing her Masters Thesis and is struggling too) to be really helpful.

Maybe, I should use another approach than calling and sending emails. On Monday, I have to call and ask the Dr. to refer the information back to the Ministry's IT Director. Hopefully I should get some information or at least have a 30 minute interview then.
